I Montana Blues

Internet è una gioia per chi fondamentalmente non odia nessuno, per chi non ha preconcetti o ostilità immotivate contro che sò: musulmani, ebrei, neri, gialli insomma la grande comunità di Internet e della sua più comoda estensione Facebook. Questi programmi hanno aperto ai suoi frequentatori scenari impossibili da immaginare allorquando  colui che scrive, aveva 18 anni (tanto tempo fa) appena compiuti. Allora il mio gruppo di riferimento erano i Creedence Clearwater Revival, erano i tempi di Woodstock, l'isola di White, erano i tempi delle marce di pace del rifiuto della guerra di aggressione e di tante belle idee forse ormai un poco sbiadite. Insomma tempi cazzuti per ragazzi con gli attributi maschili ipertrofici. Si affacciava in qual momento una piccola cosa : una rete  di collegamento missilistico americana veniva dismessa perchè obsoleta per i militari e praticamente donata alle università americane che essendo piene di cervelli di prim'ordine, la svilupparono , la ampliarono la interconnessero con altre reti analoghe sorte nel frattempo dando vita al World Wide Web cioè la grande ragnatela mondiale di interconnessioni in parole povere INTERNET. Tutto questo discorso per dire che la nascita di internet è stata un piccolo passo per l'america  ma un grande passo per l'umanità. Oggi tramite facebook, ho potuto ascoltare e fare amicizia con un gruppo di blues rocker residenti negli States, precisamente a Kalispell nello stato del Montana. Ho potuto tramite google map e street view, passeggiare per le strade di quella città e ammirarne le bellezze, insomma ho visto la casa di Richard Reed, bravissimop chitarrista del gruppo dei Montana Blues che si è gemellato con noi che facciamo musica  folk genovese, anche loro fanno la loro musica folk: solo che si chiama Blues. Che tempi magnifici che viviamo, adesso senza uscire di casa posso andare ad assistere alle performance dei Montana Blues su youtube proprio come se fisicamente fossi là posso sentire il mio omonimo batterista Robert Spencer esprimere tutta la sua forza musicale con la sua batteria. Ringrazio Dio di avermi fatto vivere fino a questo punto per vedere le meraviglie della tecnica in azione...
Veramente avrei ancora un qualcosina da chiedere a nostro signore: un viaggetto a Kalispell, una suonata con i nostri amici americani e conoscere la persona che più ho amato nella vita John Cameron Fogerty, mio primo amore musicale! Per adesso vi faccio vedere alcune foto ma vi prometto di postare anche il link ai video dei Montana Blues appena mi giungeranno, sono eccezionali.

I could via google maps and street view, walking through the streets of that city and admire its beauty, in short, I saw the house of Richard Reed, excellent guitarist of the group of Montana Blues which is twinned with us that we Genoese folk music, even they make their music folk: only the name Blues (always lucky Americans). What wonderful times we live, now I can go without leaving home to attend the performance of Montana Blues on youtube just as if you were physically there I can feel my drummer friend Robert Spencer express his talent and his musical force with his battery . I thank God for allowing me to live up to this point to see the wonders of technology in action ...
